What you’ll be doing:
Provide onsite and remote technical support and troubleshooting for:

Microsoft related technologies: Windows Desktops and Servers, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Network Connectivity: routers, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless.
Hosted VoIP solutions
Disaster Recovery solutions

What you need to accomplish this:

A desire to help people.
A desire to learn.
Curiosity - Ask “Why?”, not just “How?”
Great communication skills.
Good understanding of Microsoft related technologies, computers, servers, and operating systems.
